Goss Building, Inc. was formed July of 1998. We are a commercial General Contracting firm owned and operated by Anthony and Kathy Goss. Our Business is located at 2455 West Cardinal Drive in Beaumont, Texas.
Goss Building engages solely in commercial construction, renovation or new construction, with approximately 80% of the work load being Design/Build or negotiated. We have a strong niche in the Medical community but have been very successful in a wide variety of commercial construction not limited to religious, educational, light industrial, retail and municipal.
Goss building, Inc. started their company as a means to efficiently and cost affectively close a contracting firm that both Tony and Kathy were employed of which the principle owner had an illness that rendered him an invalid. Because of their experience with other companies they have grown a firm that is efficient, knowledgeable and values integrity and honor above all.
We are successful at Design/Build or negotiated projects because of the relationship we build with our customers. It is our philosophy to be transparent and candid about the whole process of design and construction. We are very conscious about budgets, desires of the customer and integrity of design. Redundancy, over design and personal desires are scrutinized through the whole process as to provide a complete project without compromise of process flow or code integrity but still maintaining budget.
Our Corporate Profile
 Anthony (Tony) Goss is Vice President Minority Owner/Operator for Goss Building. His duties are to oversee the entire company. Tony has been in construction for 25 years and has a broad range of experience from craftsman in the field to working his way through the ranks to eventual owner. He continues to educate himself on the most up to date construction practices, products and software. As a design/build firm he has educated himself in all disciplines of the commercial trades to enhance his ability for not only design but to assist Architects and Engineers to provide the owner with an overall managed project for cost control and continuity.

|  Kathy Goss is President, Office Manager, and Majority Owner as well as the chief controller. In her roles, she leads with a positive influence and props up morale for the entire office.

|  Andrew Menard is controller. As a Controller, Andrew is responsible for Goss's financial analysis and forecasting. This includes responsibilities such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance administration and human resources.

|  Jimmy Bevilacqua is Operations Vice President and one of Goss's project manager/estimators. He also oversees all Superintendent and labor management. Jimmy has been at Goss for 8 years and is very loyal not only to the company but to the customer. He has a unique way of making the customer feel comfortable and at ease.

|  Mark Casto (project manager/estimator) has been with Goss for 9 years. Mark is a very detail oriented person as is evident in his project management. He leaves no stone unturned and is very forthright with his customers and design team. He has embraced and exemplifies our philosophy of honesty and integrity above profit.
